Tired of Hearing There is No WMD

This is really my first post so it is going to be short, but I have to get something off my chest. I'm tired of hearing how (as according to Scott McClellan) the propoganda machine used WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) to sell the war. The UN, former presidents, and many of the democratic leaders all believed intelligence estimates at the time. Monday morning quarterbacks and hindsight does not make the decision bad. The decision was made with evidence at the time. Below are some of the quotes from those leaders, not using it as propoganda, but as stating the threat. Not all of these "leaders" were using their words to go to war, but sometimes the opposite, but one thing is universal...they agreed there was some WMD threat. You may disagree at the severity of the threat, but that does not mean there was not a threat. JUST BECAUSE NO WMDs WERE FOUND AND PUBLICLY DISPLAYED DOES NOT MEAN THERE WAS NOT A THREAT AND THAT THERE WAS NOT WMDs! The quotes are from Snopes.com and can be seen with more background at http://www.snopes.com/politics/war/wmdquotes.asp
